鱗片冰特性

※較快的冷卻效果

由於鱗片冰有較大的接觸面積和較佳的流動性，可與冷藏品密切接觸，所以冷卻效果佳可以順速將物品熱度帶出防止腐敗。

※較小儲冰空間

因鱗片冰細小且流動性佳，所以儲冰所需空間較小。

※較佳的食品保護

鱗片冰無尖銳菱角，且可與冷藏品均勻接觸形成防震，於儲存運輸時，鱗片冰可保護冷凍食品避免傷害。

※較易儲存和使用

因鱗片冰不易凝成硬塊且不需冰機，此冰隨時可供使用。

※FASTER COOLING EFFECT

Since flake ice has greater contact area and flows more freely, it comes in closer contact with food and has a faster cooling effect.

※LESS ICE STORAGE SPACE

Smaller space is required for storage because flake ice is free flowing, thus forming an almost flat.

※BETTER FOOD PROTECTION

Because flake ice does not have sharp edge and can conform to food shape it lies even on the food, therefore, flake ice cushions food against harm, during packing, storage and transportation.

※EASIER STORAGE AND DISTRIBUTION

Because flake ice does not form into clumps and no crusher is required, it is for immediate use.
